At the annual meeting, March 8th, (1798) the following gentlemen, viz. : Rev. Isaac Smith, Dr. Daniel Jacobs, Dr. Simon Foster, Stephen Moody, Esq., and Nehemiah Sleeper, Esq., were appointed to examine the schools, to see that the teachers are well qualified, and the schools well regulated.
